Ecuador Welcome Forum: Opening a Yoga/Wellness School in Cuenca:

For the past year, I have been thinking of moving to Cuenca to open a yoga/wellness school. I bring almost two decades of expertise in that industry through my personal practice and formal education but have never explored it as a career. This will be my third career change (I'm in my 50s). Family is discouraging me to step out of my comfort zone as I already have an established career (in California). But I feel a calling. I was in Cuenca last year and I saw that they did not have any of such there. My questions: Anybody from Ecuador (Cuenca) who can give me an insight of how yoga/wellness school will be welcomed there. Will I have enough clientele who will accept or embrace that lifestyle? Language is another barrier for me. I speak conversational Spanish only. Should I do it or should I not? Your honest input is appreciated.
