Pakistan: Query about applying French student visa:

I am worried about applying for the visa. My departure date is first week of September 2015 for master studies. As I am recently graduated and will receive my final transcript in June. I am afraid that at the time of Visa application may be my BACHELOR degree certificate will not be issued. Most probably I will be having Provisional degree certificate and Official transcript. What to do If at the time of Visa application one don't have Bachelor degree certificate? I wonder anyone have experienced the similar situation? Please Need Help on this
