United Kingdom: Urgent advice needed on UK childcare service for foreigners:

Hi everyone! I am from Tajikistan (Central Asia).I am intending to visit UK in June, 2015 for the purpose of studying for my Master Degree, which takes 2 years. I would like to invite my family to UK to live with me during this period. I have heard that in London kindergartens for the children above 3 are cost free. Is it right information?
