Yes there is annational insurance available for anyone,,,,,,,,,,, ask at any states or private clinique there,,,,,,,,,,, I was there for 4 month and had insurance,,,, fortunatelly i had it I got sick and i would have had to go to state cliniques which have many many people waiting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Love and Peace, Jacklyn:::::::::::
