Saint Lucia: Short Term Rentals:

Hi all, Looking to plan a short vacation to St. Lucia next summer (May time frame). Any suggestions for hotels in the region? While I understand that 1 -2 weeks won't give us a feel for what full term retirement will be like, but would at least like to see what the island has to offer on a reasonable budget which mirrors retirement cost of life.

Hi Bobby, Was wondering what the outcome of the meeting was. If I recall another thread, the minister was looking at reducing the need to go every month and possibly cheaper to renew? Was also interested in any updated information on Starting businesses. I'm tired of the American rat race and would like to operate somewhere with blue oceans.
