Hi! If you want to get into Denmark, you have to be able to support yourself and your children to get a work permit. You need to have a job before you can get into the country. My advise to you, is to contact the Danish Foreign Ministry and apply for a work permit. Do contact me, if you have any further question i might be able to help you with. Good luck! Welcome to Copenhagen. I'm sure you will like it here. I do not know what you will be doing, but if you haven't found a place to live yet, the northern part of Copenhagen is woerth trying! It's very beautiful and a lot of expatc families lives here. If you childtren are going to school i can recommend a very good international school in Hoersholm. We have a son there and there are lots of american families in that school. Do not hesitate to wirte back if yopu need any other information regarding your move. Do NOT bring a car; it's to expensive and all the other things you can get it all here. good luck.
