Peru: Out going flight:

I was told that I had to have an on going flight out of Peru before entering Peru. I was just going to take a bus from Cusco to La Paz Bolivia so do I have to have a cheap throwaway ticket to fly to Peru?

Peru: Spanish lessons in Cusco:

I am looking into Spanish lessons in Cusco around the February or March, I have looked online and found a few but am interested in a good inexpensive one for 2-4 weeks

Belize: Corozal:

Anyone know if one can rent a furnished apartment or house for $500 or less in Corozal. I have looked online and $650 is best I have found so far.

Belize: Visa extensions:

I understand that you have to extend your visa every month, do you have to go to Belize City to extend your visa as I don't plan on living in the big city? Either Corozal or Placencia

Cambodia: Kep:

I am interested in apartment or house rentals in Kep, willing to do long term hotel, hostels month to month if priced right. I prefer a range up to $300 a month but more if I find a really nice place. Don't need much just basic furnished with a fan and wi-fi

Cambodia: kampot train station:

I was told the train from Phnom Penn to Sihanouk was open and it has a station in Kampot, how far from the town is it and transportation to town at what cost.

Cambodia: Visa:

I will travel to Cambodia end of July, can you still get the business or other visa at airport so one can stay for up to a year by extending. And what's the price now?

Philippines: Siquijor:

expats living in Siquijor or knowledge of the Island, where can I rent a place to live there for 3-6 months for around $200-$400 per month, I do not need air-con or a tv but at least a good fan and internet. I have lived in S.E.A and Central America so I know about the heat and no problem there unless there are many brown outs. I need at least the fan! Then will move to a place with some night life.

Philippines: Mindanao:

I am interested in the Cagayan De Oro or Daveo cities. I like quiet areas but also a social life. I am my early 60s and am retired now. I have lived in all of S.E.A. at some time in my life. I liked Thailand the. most for the food and cheap living but my retirement is just under what they want. I also liked PI for the beaches and people. I do not know Mindanao at all I have been in most of the other Islands. My am in my fixed income is $1000 a month is it possible in these cities. Would welcome any help. Will be arriving in PI around late March or early April. Thanks Ken
