Chile: moving to santiago to a chilean girlfriend-some questions:

hello all, iv been living with my Chilean girlfriend for a few weeks in Santiago. now im back in israel but we plan to start our life in chile at the end of April., that way we can live together . luckily i have some help from her but she is not too strong with all that expat bureaucracy, so i hope to get some answers here... what will be the best option for visa and work permit? is it easy to get a job to an english speaker? my Spanish is still basic. do someone knows about the DELE Spanish test? is it worth it? how long till they give citizenship? will i have any rights with a temporal residency?( pension, medical care...) there is a lot more that im still not aware of becuse iv spent so little time in chile, i just want to live in peace with my girlfriend in the overall. thanks for the helpers

I have temporary cédula and I want to go out for at least 1 year, therefore it's a one way ticket. I'm not sure If I need approval from immigration or I can just go out. Thanks for the helpers

sorry for the off topic, but im curious to know what the immigration will do in my case: i have chacra but i will not have the income thing going(no more than 500$ per month). right now my cedula is valid till 2019, what will happen? will they kick me out or fined me because im not able to get the "income thingy"? what the resident is giving me that the cedula wont?

hi, il want to be registered as auto consumo in BPS( i think...) as the chacra is no more than 5 HACTRE... The thing i am worrying about is if they will restrict my ability to work and create an income, because il be registered as auto consumo. also, i know il have to present enough income in the future if i want them to approve my permit residency, as for now i have only the temporary cedulla for 2 years, so as an auto consumo it will be impossible for me to create an income? thanks for the helpers

hi guys, i hope everyone are doing ok... i want to know if its possible to connect my chacra's "industrial" areas to a three-phase electricity in order to get more power so il be able to run a lot of high energy consume machines at the same time... will il need to give them a special request? a lot of paper work? i do hope they have the capability to make it because i will not be able to run a business on the regular one-phase household electricity power. thanks for the helpers
