Saudi Arabia: writing a novel:

hello. I am currently in the process of writing a novel set in saudi and would like to clarify a few minor detail. what percentage of the service people(eg cleaners, gardeners, driver) are saudis? Do the male drivers spend their spare time playing dominos, backgammon and smoking sheesha as in other middle eastern countires? does saudi have a very visible and distinct lower class in the urban areas? Do they have crappy little motorbikes like in the rest of the Middle East ? Is there a taxi service ? Is there a local bus service?
