Jamaica: expats life:

I can help a bit as I too tried (without luck) to bring my dog to jamaica. You will find that you will have to give up the dogs. It is impossible to bring in dogs here as it is a "rabies free island" the fact that you have proof of vacination means nothing. I understand that you can bring in animals if you are from places like england. but not sure about australia.

I have been asked to move to jamaica too. I am at a total loss. I don't know what questions to be asking nor answers to the ones I have. I have been told that I will be found a place to live but wanna ensure I will not pay too much. Also curious about transportation should I drive get a driver or take a cab what is everyones suggestions. All advice appreciated. BTW I am a single male no kids no wife etc.
