Uruguay: getting married in Uruguay?:

Hi, I don't have an answer for you but, I do have a friend here that is from Euraguay and he said people from here get married over there, check with the us embassy they might be able to help you. and if you get an answer please forward it to me, he wants me to go there to get married but I think we have to stay there for a couple months, having three children that is hard for me to do.
