Nepal: Getting Visa and buying property:

Dear all nepal experts I am residing in China but has this great idea to go to Nepal to settle down. Have been there on 2 occassions and really love the country. Thinking of getting a land in Phokara but has read about the law that only Neplalis could acquire them legally. Is it 'safe' to lease a land then? Any law that safeguard the tenant? Also, if I am single and would like to live there, what kind of visa should I get? Do I work for somebody or how diffcult is it for me to start a company on my own. If I have a company, can the company buy land under its name then? Please advise. Much appreciated.
