Kuwait: what is recomended dress in Kuwait?:

My wife and I are likely to move to Kuwait in the next few months from Australia. My wife would like to know the usual dress standards/restrictions for western women in Kuwait, ie day wear, evening wear, beach wear. Can someone help with this info? Thanks.
