Costa Rica: Need Realtor info:

I'm looking for a one bedroom rental for a few months end of this year till March of 2017. How do I locate realtors for this? I'm going to be traveling around CR to determine if I want to retire there. I would want a base around San Jose for that period of time. Thanks

Costa Rica: Cost of living in Costa Rica:

I am retired and have an income of 2,100 a month thru pension and social security. Is it possible to secure a rental for one person and live modestly on this income in CR? What are the most affordable areas? I'm thinking Central Valley.

Netherlands: Short term rental in Amsterdam:

I am planning on spending a month in Amsterdam in the Fall of 2016. I'm an American and do not want to stay in a hotel as it would be too costly. Any advice on how to rent a room for a month?

Ireland: Thanksgiving:

I will be in Dublin over Thanksgiving and hoping to meet up with Ex Pats for a dinner. I live in the US and will be missing turkey dinner on Thanksgiving.

Ireland: One Way Ticket to Ireland:

I have a one way ticket to Ireland in October. I'm not sure of my return to the US so don't want to get a return ticket yet. I may be doing a work away volunteer position for awhile. Will it be a problem to enter Ireland with no proof of onward travel? I am a retired female.

I will be visiting Ireland in November. At this point I only have a one way ticket. I do not yet know my departure date so don't want to buy a ticket yet. I'm a U.S. citizen and I am retired. I have some options for possible work away positions in Ireland so don't want to be locked down to a definite departure date. I heard I may encounter problems entering Ireland with a one way ticket. I'm looking for some answers and advice. TIA
