In the states, you would have been arrested and threw in jail. would have had to post bail, get a lawyer, go to court, pay a fine, and get probation. In "the land of maybe" if the cop pulls you over, give him a $20 spot, Done! you need something, tip the guy, Done! he wanted 100 bucks give him 50 bucks . Done! I love it here

I have resonantly bought land outside of santiago, to retire, but got a DUI in florida back in july 2015 knock down to reckless driving. Can I do the two year visa, then get my Res with panama back ground check . Does anyone know how this works.
