Australia: citizenship, nationality and passport:

Can anyone tell me; Are citizenship and nationality two different things? Can one have citizenship but at the same time a foreign passport and nationality?

Australia: residency?:

Hi, I was born in Australia and adopted by my dutch parents. They returned to holland when i was 5 years old. I then lost my citizenship and only have a dutch passport now and a australian birth certificate. I really would like to live and work for a few years in Australia but do not want to loose my dutch nationality. What is the right process to get residency. First find a job? I have tried asking ministries but no one really seems to know how things work. Everyone keeps telling me different things. Can anyone help me out? Thanx a million
