does anyone know if you need license plates for an electric scooter here in Colombia? I heard they just changed the law saying you don't need one as away to encourage their use.

I was wondering if there is a regularly scheduled boat trip to Colombia from Bocas del toro? (or other port) I am middle aged and don't have the stamina to do what the 20 somethings can do. I need a bed at night and an electrical outlet for a CPAP machine while i sleep.

Hello all, I nearly died in a accident 10 yrs ago and have been suffering from chronic pain ever since. I live in the US and use morphine and oxycodone to manage it. Should I bring a 99 jeep or a 06 Subaru Tribeca? I have spent many months here and am afraid that Subaru parts would be too difficult to get if I need repairs? Is anyone familiar with Subaru mechanics and or parts availablity?
