Italy: things to consider:

I am a 39 yr old man living in South Africa, I have a wife and 3 kids aged (9, 7, 3). I am at point 99 of being offered a management position in Europe, Country manager, south and central Europe. I am South African and I love my country, if I except this position it would in large be a professional decision. Because I am going to travel extensively for my work I can pretty much choose which country I what to sty in. I am thinking Italy because from all my experiences and interactions with other nationalities I have come to realise that South Africans and Italians instinctively form a bond, and both nationalities share many common values. Based on the short profile that I have given can some one give me pointers on things to consider when choosing a town or city, there are so many variables to consider!!!!!
