Mexico: Alone and unsure what to do:

Ive co,templates the e pat thing many times, and realize I'm ready to get out of the US for good. I don't really care what I take, except my little dog. I can leof,ave my car or drive it. I don't care about that. I have direct deposit on my monthly income. Here's what I need help with: Single woman with dog, not much Spanish, but been to many areas of Mexico in past. I don't feel real comfortable getting there alone. I don't know where There, which is simply a good starting point in Mexico, is; I'm leaving from the west coast; Is anyone going down, Who needs a passenger, Or needs a ride with me, What advice do you have that would help me get somewhere where other expat are, That would keep me safe, And not waste a lot of money, Or be a huge burden? Car or no car? Bus? Train? Share? How much actual cash to carry? Thanks!
