Nicaragua: criminal record report for residency:

Hi there, Getting ready to journey to Nicaragua and getting my criminal records check. Apparently, there are two different kinds (Canadian) one with fingerprints and one without...does anyone know which kind I need or have had successful residency with one or the other? Also do my documents need to be notorized in Canada before I come? Thanks for your help.

Nicaragua: Visiting for 3 months:

if you're the adventurous type, take the journey to corn island, its a trip you wont forget, the river rides are authentic, interesting and fun and corn island is a lovely place to relax and chill, don't wander on the beach late at night, guy named john wants to give you coconuts but then wants you to pay and he is serious about getting his money...stay away from him...but the island is great, i loved it, snorkeling and scuba diving can be had for very reasonable, i stayed in a great place for $60 a night with the best shower in all of nicaragua, i'll send you the name if you're interested, right across the dirt road from the beach, big porch, kitchen, everything you need, i would definitely go back!

Nicaragua: bringing in vehicles over 10 years old:

please help...any info regarding logistics of getting a jeep(is it considered a truck) over 10 years old...i am driving down from canada with intent to retire...i want my jeep...please advise
