Panama: Condado del Rey:

I made reservations for a SUV when I visited in June. Used Hertz and all looked reasonably priced. They would not honor my insurance that is included with my CITI Card. Ended up being around $80 a day.

Panama: Solar water heater.:

Maybe a you tube video would be easier to follow.

Panama: Playa Uverito:

I don't live in that area but I spent nearly two weeks in Playa Uverito last month. I can provide information on that if you have some specific questions. If you are moving there I am sure you know as much or more than I do about the area. Good luck to you.

Panama: Resident visa:

Carolannf, Having residency in Panama has nothing to do with citizenship if that is what you are referring to.

Panama: HELP ! Underground Dog Fence:

Normando, How do you get through the Darien Gap for South America?

Panama: Boquete Hotels:

Looking for a place to stay a night or two. Currently staying in Las Tablas and want to get in the mountains a couple of days. Any recommendations

Panama: Anyone traveling soon? Need some Irish Cream :=))):

I have a nice size bottle of Baileys here at my house. I'll be coming to Panama next week if you are interested in the Baileys.

Panama: Temporary car:

I found a two week rental in El Cangrejo area at Hertz for $219. That does not include insurance. I am hoping they will accept my citi card which covers the Collision portion and only have to get liability. This is my first time so we'll see....

Panama: lodging in pedasi?:

I had a place all lined up early this year through airbnb. All of a sudden the owner emailed me and regretfully cancelled the reservation. It wasn't too bad and believe average per night was $68. Anyway this was back in March so I looked for an alternative and really didn't find anything comparable. I ended up booking a place near Las Tablas on Uverito Beach for an average under $50 per night. I am also staying in PC before the road trip to Azuero Penisula. The cheapest I found in PC in the El Cangrejo area was $98. Anyway looking forward to our first visit at the end of June.

Panama: Where to stay:

llseldon: you must have all the information saved for a copy and paste. That is a lot of good information. I picked Torres de Alba based on one of your previous posts. Is it close enough to shopping and restaurants just to walk. We are taking a taxi from the airport to hotel and then I am renting from Hertz in the El Cangrejo area for my road trip with the family to Las Tablas. Any advise would be appreciated.
