Hi Kay, I have just registered to this web page. I am British and moved to abu dhabi 4,5 years ago. Lovely place to live! Easy life that you can not get anywhere else! We moved here from london, so found it very quite and dull at first. I was sooooo bored first 6 months. Then once you are settled you start enjoying the easy life. Abu dhabi is not as big, as cosmopolitan, as busy and as popular as Dubai but believe me it is better! It is not a very big city but we have everything here. Kalifa town A and B are situated I guess around 20 km from the city center. But the road is straight( really straight ). There are big houses there and a few shops ( for milk, bread etc) but 20 km from all others. think about a big desert with 50 houses , all apart from each other: it is Khalifa town. I'm sure you'll like it.anything that you want to learn please do not hesitate to write to me. charla
