India: Palm Meadows Whitefield:

We are negotiating for a villa in Pal Meadows. Are the any particular items that anyone that has stayed there can advise we insist on having. There are many units to chose from and we want to ensure we are getting the most value in addition to ensure we dont forget to ask for that others shave found they needed to have. We are here looking at properties and will be back for my two year assignment on September 9th. Unit will be done by 10/1. Thanks in advance for the help

India: Moving from Chicago to Bangalore in April 2016:

My wife and I are moving from Chicago to Bangalore in April 2016. We are both very exciting. We have both lived in the US our entire life and this will be our first expat experience. My office is in the Manyata Embassy Business park and although we want a India experience would like to live in a gated community with amenities near by (shopping, health club, medical . Looking for fully furnished (nicely) apartment or villa . I anyone has any advise please let me know
