Hola! I moved to Peru a month ago, and brought my dog with me. When I went to the veteranarian in the U.S. they knew exactly what to do... they gave her a complete exam and updated her vaccinations, and gave me a certificate of good health to present to the officials upon arrival. When I got here, I simply had to show her paperwork and fill out a form, and pay about $25. If you recieve advice on any vaccinations that should be taken care of once in Peru, please let me know. I'm assuming there are different needed vaccinations here, and I still haven't heard anything about health precautions for pets while living in Peru. I hope I have helped you somewhat!
