Bermuda: Boat crew in Bermuda:

Good day! I am looking to relocate to Bermuda from the Virgin Islands. I work on day charter boats down here and would love to find a similar gig in Bermuda. How hard would it be to find a boat willing to hire expats? Is this a field that is year round or mostly seasonal? I really appreciate any help you can provide! Plus it sounds like the island could use a few more single ladies :) Kara
