Denmark: Need Apt. to Buy:

Hi--I am looking for an apartment or co-op to buy in the vicinity of Copenhagen near the Metro or Train station for max of 1.150000DK for 55 sq. meters or more with 1 bedroom. The monthly fee needs to be less than 7,000DK. Any help would be appreciated. The ones listed on the boliga.dk are sold immediately and I haven't had any luck getting a reply to any that come up. It's so hard to find a place. Any leads would be very helpful, as I think networking will be the key. If not in Frederiksberg, then Valby or Vanlose near the train would be great. Thank you for any leads and help.

Hi Jacob--if you rent it out, please let me know for how long and the price, as I have a daughter looking for a place. She lives there long-term, but her lease is expiring and finding a place is really, really difficult. Thank you. Pam.
