Bermuda: Moving with Teen:

Hi, I'm considering a move to the beautiful Bermuda. I'm in the very early negotiation stages and would like some financial advice -- there is a lot of conflicting information on the web - it seems prices have come down compared to a couple of years ago -- would that be an accurate evaluation? I'm coming from Vancouver (one of the most expensive cities in the world); rent in Vancouver is astronomical. I checked out some of the Bermuda grocery store weekly fliers and the prices seem similar if not LESS than what I currently pay. Sure some things are more expensive -- it's all about what you buy (eat like a local). I have a teenage daughter who will join me. I'm not sure if putting her in a private school is worth the price -- anyone with thoughts on the matter? Most of the information I'm finding is for young kids -- are there expats with teens??
