Uruguay: Kiwi moving to Uruguay:

Hi all, I a Kiwi girl considering a move to Uruguay in April 2016. I speak beginner Spanish but I hope to have an intermediate level by the time I arrive. I have travelled a bit around South America but never to Uruguay. Can anyone let me know what the job opportunities are like? I imagine teaching English is popular - do you need to know fluent Spanish to do this? Also - do any other kiwis out there know how difficult it is to get the one year working holiday visa for Uruguay?
