Paraguay: Withdraw dollars:

Expats I am looking for someone living in Paraguay, Ciudad Del Este. I have a bank account in the US, but not in Paraguay. I am starting a business in commerce between Argentina-Paraguay and I need dollars. If any expat with a bank account in the US and in Paraguay could help me. I would deposit dollars into his-her bank account in the US in exchange I could collect that amount in Dollars in Paraguay. I understand there may be some fees for the service. Thank you
