Canada: Where's best???:

Hi All Myself and my Husband are hoping to move go Canada but struggling to decide where may be best. We've heard good reports about Toronto and Vancouver? We have a little girl who will be 5-6 by the time we move and are looking for quite an outdoors lifestyle so maybe quite a rural area but close access to a town/city? My husband is training to be a gas engineer and should be qualified by then and I'm training to become a midwife so hoping jobs won't be to difficult. Thanks Charlotte
