Poland: We are exploring a move to Poland...:

Hello All, My wife and I are looking at the potential of moving to Poland. My work has asked if I would be interested in moving to Poland to work for a 3-5 year term. We are hoping some people also having done this can offer advice when weighing up the pros and cons of taking this leap. What is the culture like? How are the British viewed/accepted? What's the expat community like? Is being fluent needed or a good grasp of the basics enough? Any and every piece of advice would be gratefully received! Thanks you!,
