Pakistan: From UK To Lahore - Looking For Job:

Hi, I have been interested in moving to Pakistan Lahore for the past 10 years as majority of my family is there and the fact that I just love Lahore and feel at peace there. I want to move within the next 2 years but have no idea what to do or where to look. I am currently working as a Corporate Security Supervisor In a Data Centre in the UK and wonder if it is at all possible to have a similar job in Lahore with a Salary exceeding 80k rupees. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this has been my dream and I just need a way to make it a reality but job and salary need to be decent otherwise it will be difficult for my wife and child. I don't really want to spend years and years as i feel the older my children get the more difficult it will be for them. Thank you in advance for any advice.
