Thanks for this great information. My wife and i are arriving in cuenca for 21/2 to 3 months in January. Your are advising to wait until arrival before trying to find a rental? My wife has already spent 2 months in Ecuador this year and Cuenca will be our permanent home after this upcoming trip. Again tanks. Taylujay (emmette)
