Nepal: Need to rent or buy a house in Pokhara?:

I am hoping to move to Nepal for a year or 2 at least. I want to get away from everything and just reset. I was hoping to find a place near the mountains where it is mostly cool and cold. I don't want to be in hot humid weather. Pokhara sounds to me like my best bet. I would like an inexpensive home that's away from the bustle of city but close enough to get what i need. Please help me if you can. Also I want to bring my dog, and I honestly have no idea where to begin with all of this. Oh, I am looking at moving there summer-fall 2016! Thanks!!
