Dominica: Electronic Community:

In US and in Europe Craigslist is a popular place to advertise local items and services, e.g., cars, rental properties, jobs, etc. I don't see Dominica in Craigslist and there is not much activity in the Caribbean section for Dominica. What is the local electronic community forum equivalent to Craigslist?

Dominica: Moving to Dominica:

I may be located in Roseau for a year. What are the best plans for getting internet at home and mobile phone service. From some searches it looks like Digicell is the major provider. The local voltage is 230v so no appliances from the US would work easily. Is it advisable to bring some small things like 230v blender, etc. or buy it locally? Any other advice is welcome.
