Nicaragua: Granada or Leon?:

Hi Looking to move to Nicaragua - learn Spanish, teach English and stay for a couple of years - any ideas about best location for work, swimming , ex-pats over 45 and interesting social- music -sports- travel options ? Have l?ved ?n V?etnam, Thailand and Turkey - so looking for a Central American experience in a safe and non-polluted place with work opportunities... and currently torn between Leon and Granada. - any other options considered - Thanks, C
