Advice for New Expats

Its a big thing for anyone preparing to move to a new place, but we keep forgetting basic rules of planet earth that had no countries religions or any differences created on its own, migration is a normal process and right of every spices on this planet, we have been cruel to this planet by creating differences among us with religions, boarders and cultures. in all we are somewhere connected to eachothers being children of this planet earth and the best advice that where ever we go to live we must go with clear mind with acceptance with in our hearts and mind about people we meet and place we chose to live for betterment for us and people around us.

Chile: Do we really have people speak in english in chile:

Hello we are in ecuador.. we are looking to move to chile as many people here said people in chile do speak english.. because we do not speak spanish at all.. and wish to move there start a little business of our own... as spending more time in ecuador will only get our savings get reduced to nothing as people here dont even buy groceries with people who are not ecuadorians.. so how is life for forigners there.. and do we have schools that teach in english unlike in ecuador they have their fees like 18000$ a year ...

Hello Friends I fail to Understand I visited Ecuador Quito, to get my investor visa but I had to settle for 6 month multiple entry business visa as no one there was able to explain me how to i get my funds transferred there in a bank or any other means banks refuced to open my account as they kept asking me for documents such as residency proof and etc.. I some how could not understand any process to this.. Please need a super assistance to this as my lawyers Dr Espinosa and her office have not helped me to this issue..
