I am 64 years (young). 6', 170# and I excellent physical condition. Short, Salt//Pepper hair w/ neatly trimmed Goat Tee. Attractive, very clean and live/enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, sunning/swimming at the pool/beach, bicycling, walking, exercising, reading and in general living a quiet, relaxing, stress free, enjoyable life. I have secured, by lease, a beautiful, 2bdr apartment in Las Terrenas near Punts Popy/Playa Las Ballenas in a secure complex. Caribbean style decor with a Pool and many other wonderful amenities. I am searching for a female "roomy" (for lack of a better description) to, initially, share the rent/utilities and for the possibility of a LTR. I realize that this can be walking a "fine line" and am NOT demanding of any liberties right out of the gate. I am an easy going, child of the 60's and 70's with a Liberal Lean towards most everything in a relationship and hope to find a female of like mind to first share every day living in a "Dutch" manner and see if the relationship would develop into something we can, both, share and enjoy in a Paradise -like surrounding in a no pressure deal but, looking for something that would last in a mutually beneficial way for each of us in enjoying all the benefits that LTR allows. I will, gladly, share all the particulars and personal information to a woman who is, genuinely, interested in a similar situation.

I am moving/retiring to LasTerrenas, DR on 8/31/2016. I have leased a beautiful apartment, 2bdr 98sq. mt., 1054 sq. ft. Caribbean decor, fully furnished/equipped, pool and other very nice amenities, 100mt, 300ft. from the beach beginning 9/1/2016. Panama: Apartment in Bocas del Toro:
