About right. I worked with an agent who sent me instructions application. In five weeks I sent my docs back to him. He forwarded them to Brazilia. And in one month my perm retirement visa application was approved. I have returned to Brazil and got my CPF card, my RNE# stamped in my passport. I am waiting for the ID card with my RNE # on it before I can open a bank acct. I am in Salvador. When you work with experienced people and pay a little more. You get results that are positive.
