India: Confused -- US or India -- HELP!:

Hi, I am an Indian from Mumbai who has been living in the US for about a decade. Been watching the progress Mumbai has been going through and its getting better and better. I left India because I did not see any development or future in it but now its rising. Anyways I am going to get married to an American born Indian girl whom I really love. I also feel like going back to Mumbai for good with her. But she is very very afraid of this MAJOR relocation thing. Her parents too think Mumbai is crapy. I dont know what to do. What steps should I take to atleast help her understand? I dont want to force anything on her. She is American bred where everything works systematically and is clean. And Mumbai is a little weak around this area. All I know is that Mumbai has a vibrant life, good schools, good hospitals, culture. She is afraid of associating with new people, new standards/rules, new lifestyle. I feel she can handle it but still need some help from your experiences. Please let me know your experiences, bad and good, so that I can relate with her in better terms regarding this situation. Thanks!
