Mexico: Need how-to help:

I need to travel from DF-Orizaba on the ADO line.I know they have a terminal inside Benito Juarez Airport, but dont know if any of the buses leaving the airport stop in Orizaba.Does anybody know? I'll be coming in on an intl flite.How do I get to the ADO Airport Terminal? Thanks!!

Bolivia: Economicah hotel really close to Santa Cruz airport:

I searched and couldnt find a single one! They're all downtown.Arent there any in the 60 usd range really close to the airport(Viru Viru) with free airport pick-up and drop-off and free breakfast? Do Santa Cruz hotels accept dollars? Thanks loads! If the answer's negative, would you please let me know about the best deal for about 60 usd in a safe area in the city, hopefully with free bkfst and/or shuttle?
