Jamaica: All info possible! Montego Bay:

Planning a move to Montego Bay is very exciting however i find myself with many questions to be answered. I'd greatly appreciate all and any information regarding the Montego Bay area from anyone who lives there or has lived there. How safe is the area? How is the cost of living? Anything i should prepare myself for that isnt necessarily something i'll be able to research before hand? How do the locals treat Americans? Hope to hear your reply!

Hello, I too plan on moving to the Freeport, Montego Bay area within a years time. I'd love to hear your feedback on how youre adjusting to the area. I'm currently in Georgia (U.S.) and am anxious to move to Jamaica. Is the area you live in safe? Are there many Australians and Americans?
