France: home/apartment insurance:

I have lived in Paris quite awhile and have the normal multi-risk assurance d'habitation. I was just told by AXA that this does not cover a friend helping me who has an accident in my apartment. This was news to since I am sure I was told that the "civile" aspect of the insurance did just that. I found info on a special site that usually is well informed: http://www.pap.fr/emmenager/demenagement/aide-au-demenagement.php so I was surprised with the discovery that maybe I am not covered. Does anyone know of a company that has a good multi risk option that might even cover friends who are helping me move? Thanks. Rebecca
