Hi bryan1324, a lot of people viewing northern bg and vt areas in general tend to fly into Bucharest in rumania, it's much cheaper and not as expensive in the taxi to vt as it is from sofia. But that's just an idea for you to check out, I drove here, and been rushed off my feet since I got here fitting kitchens and internal staircases, nd quite a bit of tiling too. ALL bg houses have external stairs as standard so am in demand.?? Anyway happy arrivals and house hunting, just look forward to leaving the rat race behind and relax and just go with the flow. I would like to know if someone with a van is going to the UK and coming back empty as I have household and some furniture to come back from the Shropshire area end of April or beginning of May.

Bulgaria: Doctors:

I will be travelling to Bulgaria in the next few days to live and wanted to know if anyone knew a good and a highly recommended doctor in Gorsko Slivovo village or if not nearby. I have to have B12 injections every 3 months and do not want the hassle and expense of constantly flying to the UK for this. Any advice would be appreciated. Suzy.

Hi corinner We too have recently bought a property in gorsko slivovo, which needs modernising rather than a full refurbished. ?? is lol My other half is a time served Joiner of 35yrs and has done many complete refurbished Inc bathrooms,kitchens,loft conversions etc, and as he is bringing his complete workshop etc with him lol he is really interested in picking your brains as regards building materials etc in BG, Kind regards, Paul & suzy
