United States: USPS Concern:

I sent 2 mails from Philippines to Florida USA on January 22, 2016. It's almost a month, there is no changes in USPS website. This is what appears in the website of USPS: ORIGIN POST IS PREPARING SHIPMENT (We have received notice that the origin post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece) January 27,2016 @ 7:48 pm Processed through sort facility in manila central mail exchange center air Manila. Until now it didn't move. I called USPS and no help from them. Does anyone have this kind of trouble before? I really need that document to get to the Destination. Can anyone here tell if the package has been shipped or will that package arrive at the destination? The receiver told me that they have not received the package.
