Don't know much about the Havanese breed,But there is a big pet store in Casa (I live in Dar Bouazza)
It has 2 locations. One being very big. Dog food is Very expensive.
On another note, There are tons of Americans living in Dar Bouazza. I thank my stars every day that I live out here!!!! It's a great place to raise a Family.
