Panama: Panamanian Commercial banking:

I understand that Panama is regarded as a tax haven... and is a banking capital.. However.. I have heard commentary of people establishing ibc's and exchanging stocks and the like etcetc... But what I wonder is how well Panamanian banks cater to expata that still do business in the united states and have to move money back and forth... I chiefly would like to know of people that have commercial movement of Dollar transactions in american checks and wires to recommend a bank that will cater as well or even better than an american bank counterpart... that gives good service to clients that have the need to probably transacting wires via phone or internet in US dollars at a reasonable cost... Webaccess to account information Reliability and solidarity Probably a Miami and New York branch agreement where checks can get mailed to from the united states and cleared promptly or reasonably to not tie up capital.. Chiefly this interest comes about since I have intentions to spend the majority of my time between Central and South America and considered since people do utilize banking services for personal retirement or expats stock companies.. etc etc... why not Commercial Banking with the US.. for whom need to recieve checks and make wires from US... Thanks for you recommendations...
