Malaysia: MMSH Program:

I am a retired American exploring the notion of retiring in Malaysia. I am married; my income is from Veterans Disability and Social Security in the amount of approximately MYR 187,435.57. The Malaysia My Second Home Program, from what I have read, should allow us to obtain a retirement VISA without the need of depositing money into a state bank in Malaysia. My questions are, does the retirement VISA have any detrimental effect on my US citizenship, and how does one receive US mail to Malaysia.
