I live on the Azuero Peninsula, wear Keens regularly. Moved logs in a creekbed > 9 mo. ago so as to drive across. I have what appears to be a multilayer subcutaneous parasite, 2-6mm 'shrimp' or 'flea' like which tunnels 1-10mm. Bleed easily, occasional boil, head to toes, itch with migration. Initial Dx scabies, mites, treatment to no avail.
