India: Very Nervous - Move to Pune:

Hi, Recently my husband got a job offer in Pune. We have been living here in the US for the past 10 years. Before that we were in Ahmedabad India. I have a few questions on Pune How is the health system there? Which schools are the best in Pune? How is Life in Pune? (For Family, Clubs etc) Which areas aer the best to live in - for families ? What is the real - estate market like over there? I saw several housing projects -none of them had pricing listed on it. If we want to buy a nice house (pref. Bunglow) atleast 4 bedrooms, how much would it cost? Is it a more welcoming place for Non - Punites...did I say it right? How much money do you need per month to live comfortably? These should be covered in the comfort level :- Education for two kids Classes and all for two kids (Liek swimming etc) Two cars Food Monthly exp for house - phone , electicity Entertainment - movies , dinner out. (atleast 2 times a month) Please give in any more information that you might have. I am very nervous even being an Indian from my heart. AP
